• All published rates are quoted in Thai Baht
• Advance reservation is required
• Rates are per ROOM per night
• Based on single/double occupancy inclusive of breakfast (Maximum occupancy 3 adults in room). The third person is exclusive of breakfast. Supplement charge of breakfast for the third person is THB 160 net for adults and THB 120 for children (4 - 12 years of age).
• Rates are inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax.
• No service charge applied
• All major credit cards are accepted

  Children Policies
• 200 THB charged for the first child under 12 years of age sharing parents' room and bedding.
• 800 THB charged for the second child under 12 years of age sharing parents' room and with compulsory extra bed.
• 30% discount from package tour prices per person for children under 12 years of age
  
  Deposit payment
  Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm the room(s) for you by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after your reservation form submission. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.
  
  Cancellation
  Cancellation should be done by written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions
